Luis Moreno is a Filipino sim racing driver representing Legion of Racers, known for his competitive spirit and versatility across international esports racing competitions. Since starting his sim racing journey in 2013, Luis has developed into one of the Philippines’ top sim racing talents, consistently competing at a high level across the region.

With Assetto Corsa as his preferred racing platform, Luis combines precision, racecraft, and adaptability to deliver strong performances in GT competition. His achievements include winning the TGR GT Cup Philippines championship in both 2021 and 2024, alongside securing a Silver Medal in the 2025 Asia Pacific Motorsports Championship in the Assetto Corsa GT3 category.
